Software Engineer II, iOS

We are seeking an iOS engineer to help us build and support the Mailchimp mobile application.  You can expect to develop new and existing features with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, backend engineers, iOS engineers, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with others to optimize our development process and product.

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have experience developing in iOS development (such as Objective-C, Swift, and/or SwiftUI)
  • You have experience developing new and enhancing existing features as well as investigating and resolving defects
  • You adhere to internal coding standards, development processes and design best practices
  • You ensure quality by performing thorough testing and leveraging peer reviews for your work and the work of others
  • You are passionate about building great applications and thirst for learning new ways to deliver great software products

What you’ll do: 

  • Build new Mobile features from concept through implementation.
  • Write and maintain clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Help ideate, scope, estimate, and prioritize work.
  • Investigate and resolve defects, and ensure a high standard of application performance.
  • Ensure quality by performing thorough testing, contributing to the team’s test suite and peer reviews.

*Mailchimp currently offers flexible and remote options in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. If you are unable to work from one of these registered locations, you will not be eligible for employment.

The minimum base salary for this role in Colorado is $82,000. For all other locations, base salary will vary by geographic market and will will be determined through the selection and assessment process for this role relative to your experience and our job qualifications.
